WHERE DO WE SHIP?
SKINCLINIC LTD ships worldwide.
HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email providing you with your tracking number, you can track your order via https://www.shopskinclinic.com/tools/track-your-order
Once shipped, delivery is :
1. Next day in the UK.
2. 3 - 5 business days within Europe
3. 5 - 7 business days in the U.S/Canada/Rest of the world.
All our delivery options are only available on working days. We do not offer Weekend/ Public Holiday Deliveries. Orders made after Midday will be not be processed until the Next Working Day.
Each order can accurately be tracked on our website.
Please note :
- Orders that are marked delivered will not be replaced.
- If an order has been returned to us you will have to pay the postage cost to have it resent.
- Please be aware that, in certain cases, based on your location, you may be charged a custom fee, please bear in mind that this is the law in your country and is not something we cover. We pay for postage from our warehouse to your country, door to door (anything additional would be customs fee)
